Please read these terms carefully before scheduling pilots or engaging Axentra Solutions. By utilizing our operational support, you choose to be bound by these provisions.
1. Nature of Services
Axentra Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ('Axentra', 'we', 'our', 'us') renders business, legal, and compliance operations support. All work is executed solely under the direct instructions, workflows, guidelines, playbooks, and supervision of the client's internal authorized professionals.
2. Strict Operational Boundaries
Axentra is not a law firm and does not render legal advice, court representation, or statutory audits. We do not provide forensic cybersecurity services, tax filings, or regulated financial and professional certifications. Any tools, models, or tracking outputs we maintain are administrative only, and final judgment remains exclusively with the client'.
3. Client Systems & Portals
Clients grant Axentra temporary, secure access credentials to their existing repositories, tools, databases, or project managers. Clients remain solely responsible for the safety, general security parameters, and overall integrity of their systems.
4. Diagnostic & Pilot Projects
Pilot workflows are conducted under specialized, narrow scopes to demonstrate operational viability. All materials processed during a pilot continue to be subject to strict confidentiality rules as agreed in written diagnostic scopes.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Axentra shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from tool anomalies, software downtime, or procedural gaps. Clients retain absolute responsibility for all final business moves, filing decisions, and legal judgments.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any legal actions or disputes shall be settled exclusively in the competent courts located in Gujarat, India.
